Manage a portfolio of small owners corporations end-to-end: meetings, budgets, insurance, maintenance and owner communication. Victorian OC registration (or willingness to obtain it) required.
Client Services Coordinator
Part-time or full-time · Melbourne (hybrid)
Be the friendly, fast front line for owner enquiries, portal support and meeting logistics. Strata experience helpful but not essential — we value responsiveness and clear writing.
