Disbursements
Fixed disbursements and software fees cover the essential administrative and technology costs required to operate your OC efficiently and at a low cost. This includes but not limited to levy notices, routine phone and email correspondence, record-keeping and the software systems required to manage your OC.
Building Defect Investigations
If your building has defects requiring investigation, we coordinate with building consultants and lawyers. Quoted per project based on complexity.
Tribunal Representation
VCAT appearances for disputes or debt recovery. Quoted on request. Most small OCs never need this.
